“Dat’s my baby sister. My baby Lucie.”
“Yup, that’s your baby sister Lucie.”
“She’s cute.”
“She sure is!”
“She was born at the hostable. Den she came home.”
“Yup, she sure was. She was born in the hospital and then she came home.”
“I was born in the hostable too. The hostable with the great big hippo.”
“Yes, that’s right. You were born in that hospital.”
“She’s pretty cute my baby sister.”
“Yup. She sure is.”

We have this conversation a lot. The hospital really impressed C. So did the big hippo sitting outside the maternity wing.
