It went well. In fact it went very well.
I think my hunch about the cool kids dropping out is correct, but really it’s going to be fine. We came up with a great list of books that we are going to read over the next six months. (List I’m happy to share tomorrow, after a good long sleep.)
I’m going to advertise the group to the larger mother’s group to see if we can get some renewed interest. And I’m going to enjoy some great books and good conversation with some really nice, smart women. (Who all happen to own gorgeous homes that I covet… but that’s a whole other story…) That’s really the aim in the end, who cares about the party the cool kids all went to crash?
