I’m sitting here tucking into an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Fact is, I shouldn’t be eating it, or the two I finished a few moments ago. I’ve been gaining weight hand over fist recently (or should I say stomach over hips…) and I really need to do something about it.
Today I was good, really good. Minimal halloween candy, no snacking… Honest, I ate well! We even ate a healthy, home cooked dinner, and when M brought out the cookies I was able to resist. For at least 10 minutes! Then the willpower that had held strong all day went POOF right out the window.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better… If not I’m going to have to make some serious changes in my exercise routine. (As in, get one…)
