I’m usually a great sleeper. Drift right off, stay asleep, wake up refreshed etc, etc… Sometimes, however, the cycle goes awry and I start to have troubled nights. I have really loud dreams, I wake up alot, and I wake up more tired than I was when I went to sleep. When this happens I usually take some Tyleno*l PM one night and things get right back on track.
Of course, this was pre-C. Now all I have to do it take some Tyleno*l PM to guarantee that C, who has slept through the night for the last 4 months, will wake up every hour or so all night long. Its awsome.
