Step in, stay a minute. Sometimes I write about me, sometimes about my family, sometimes about the past, sometimes about the future. Stay a while, I love sharing my story. And please leave a comment! It's no fun if it isn't a conversation.

As much as I loathe the packing/unpacking, I DO love how clean our closets & drawers are post move. For a little while. I've been trying to do more donations so that if and when we ever need to pick up & move again, maybe, just maybe it won't be so much stuff! Good luck! Will wait on the chocolate. You'd never find it now.

It's a fun, quick read that will make you think twice about the people who surround you.
You're on an island and all the men are off at the front... except for the enemy soldiers who are occupying your island. They're there for years and it's not like you and your husband had the ideal relationship before he left, so... what do you do when you fall in love with the soldier next door?
This is an awesome war story, you know, if you're into that sort of stuff, which I totally am!
This week we're having a bit of a need for some centering, grounding books.
We started with this as a way to gently ramp up the kids' exposure to judaism. We read it most nights.
To counter all the stress surrounding a big school event and to start introducing meditation in the half pint crowd at home... we went with this. It's a FANTASTIC book. One even grown-ups interested in learning about the whys and hows of meditation should read.
