Step in, stay a minute. Sometimes I write about me, sometimes about my family, sometimes about the past, sometimes about the future. Stay a while, I love sharing my story. And please leave a comment! It's no fun if it isn't a conversation.

I would be sick of the rain too, we usually have it all season but have had very little. We can all thank El Nino for our differences in our normal weather patterns
I love books that take me far far away. This one took me to Ethiopia and it was an awesome trip. Great read, great story. I promise you'll be moved by this.
I can't help thinking this is the new YA series that will take the world by storm. The writing is awesome and the story is just perfect. Love this.
If you're only going to read one parenting book ever, read this one. She starts by explaining how a happy mommy raises happy children. Who doesn't love that? Plus she's full of great advice on how to help your kids be happier. Really, truly happier. Awesome advice.
This week we're having a bit of a need for some centering, grounding books.
We started with this as a way to gently ramp up the kids' exposure to judaism. We read it most nights.
To counter all the stress surrounding a big school event and to start introducing meditation in the half pint crowd at home... we went with this. It's a FANTASTIC book. One even grown-ups interested in learning about the whys and hows of meditation should read.

yep. Still not feeling sorry for you about the rain.
The croupy kids and the missing husband... that I do feel sorry for you about!
That's a lot of rain . . . but some cool photos, too. Happy (and hopefully dry) WW!
Not sure which I would prefer! Luckily live in the desert and don't have to deal with much of either. Haha.
But it looks so clean and GREEN! Luscious even.
Great Photos! We'd love to hear the full story about them over at Tell Me Thursday tomorrow if you have some time! :)
We featured you, by the way:

Well if you'll check the internet, some countries in the south east are already experiencing EL NiƱo. Dams and river water are drying up fast.
