C reached her hand up under my shirt and patted my belly.
"Just saying hi to that baby in there!" She quipped.
I sucked in my gut and tried to laugh it off. "Uh, no baby in this belly!"
She looked terribly disappointed for a minute, and then shrugged and ran off, while I stood in front of the mirror to see if I really do look pregnant. Oy.
Note to self: Suck in gut more often and step up the number of runs I'm taking each week. Sheesh.

My older boy likes to say he sees, "your big bottom" when I'm getting dressed. I know it is big, and especially big when compared to his little handful, but must he say it that way? Really. Ok, I guess I could work a little harder to make it a little smaller.
Sorry, had to laugh. My 5 yo asked me the other day "mommy why is your tummy so big and mine isn't?" So innocent of course, but I didn't like it one bit.
Ouch! LOL!
