First Weight Watcher meeting attended - check
Points Target met for the day - check (Dudes, I'm nursing Little L until she's fifteen... ten extra points a day makes this more than doable.)
Exercise - check - hour long walk around the neighborhood with Little L in Bjorn.

That was day one. Let's hope I can keep it up. I really didn't like the number on that scale this morning, and I definitely don't like the backside of the girl in the mirror.
